The scope of HATS is enhancing professional practice in traffic management and delivering traffic control and traffic management services and road safety in total compliance with HSE and road safety procedures and requirements within UAE. We are expert in checking road design and traffic control device distribution, function, quality and specifications. We have the expertise in identifying key road design/ traffic control changes in Detours and in permanent roads and streets so as to assure road safety as per prevailing safety requirements, thus leading to acquisition of statuary approvals as appropriate.
